Safeguards KioskMedia describes its work as the whole job behind a self-service kiosk, in six parts, from the machine itself to the support once it is running.

How does Safeguards KioskMedia work with SSM?
Safeguards KioskMedia works with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) in two roles. The first, in SSM's own words: “SSM has appointed Safeguards Kioskmedia (M) Sdn Bhd as business renewal agent via Kiosk Tap.It.” (SSM4U Knowledge Hub) Through it, Tap.It kiosks listed with SSM services offer business registration (ROB) renewal, SSM compound payment and SSM4U activation.
The second: Safeguards KioskMedia runs SAFEDATA-SSM, the portal where the public buys SSM documents electronically, sourced directly from SSM. In SAFEDATA-SSM's own words, the company was “appointed by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) - Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) as its Technology and Service Provider for the SAFEDATA-SSM Services” (SAFEDATA-SSM, About Us).
What do SSM services cost at Tap.It and on SAFEDATA-SSM?
The records come from SSM, and SSM sets its own fees. Safeguards KioskMedia adds one fee in each place, charged per transaction on top of SSM's own fee:

- Renewal at a Tap.It kiosk
- SSM's fee + RM3 kiosk fee
